Slow Cooker Parmesan Chicken Legs
Ingredients
- 4 Brined Chicken Legs
- 1 t Garlic Powder
- 1 t Onion Powder
- 1 t Paprika
- 1/2 t Pepper
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 t Garlic Poder
- 1 T Dried Parsley Flakes
- 1 T Grated Parmesan Chseese
Instructions
- Remove chicken from the brine and pat to dry
- Create your seasoning mixture by combining the salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder
- Season the chicken legs with the seasoning mixture
- Place legs in a greased slow cooker
- Cook on High for 3 Hours
- Once the chicken has reached 165 remove from the slow cooker
- If you would like a crispy skin place the legs on a foil lined sheet pan and broil until they are crispy (5-10 minutes)
- While your chicken is under the broiler, make your garlic parm sauce by combining the butter, garlic, parmesan cheese, and dried parsley flakes
- Remove the chicken from the oven and coat with the garlic parm sauce
- Sprinkle a little parmesan cheese on top
- Serve and Enjoy!
