Remove chicken from the brine and pat to dry
Create your seasoning mixture by combining the salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder
Season the chicken legs with the seasoning mixture
Place legs in a greased slow cooker
Cook on High for 3 Hours
Once the chicken has reached 165 remove from the slow cooker
If you would like a crispy skin place the legs on a foil lined sheet pan and broil until they are crispy (5-10 minutes)
While your chicken is under the broiler, make your garlic parm sauce by combining the butter, garlic, parmesan cheese, and dried parsley flakes
Remove the chicken from the oven and coat with the garlic parm sauce
Sprinkle a little parmesan cheese on top
Serve and Enjoy!
