Small Batch Sneaky Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Uncooked Jumbo Shells
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic minced
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 c Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 c Finely Chopped Spinach
  • 1/2 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 1/2 Italian Blend Cheese
  • 2 c Marinara Sauce
  • 1 t Greek Seasoning Blend
  • 1/8 t Salt
  • 1/8 t Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Brown ground beef and add 1 clove of minced garlic to it and set to the side
  • Par boil your jumbo shells (about 7-9 minutes)
  • Make your ricotta mixture by mixing together the ricotta, egg, spinach, seasonings and 1/2 c of the cheese
  • Add 1 c of the marinara sauce to the ground beef mixture and place in the bottom of a greased casserole dish
  • Fill the jumbo shells with the ricotta mixture and place the stuffed shells into the casserole dish on top of the ground beef mixture
  • Once all of your shells are stuffed and in the casserole dish top with the remaining marinara sauce and cheese.
  • Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
  • Serve and Enjoy!

Notes

To air fry this you will air fry at 375 for 12-14 minutes. Check it at 12 minutes and if the cheese starts to brown too much cover with foil for the remaining cook time.
 

Greek Seasoning Blend

This Greek seasoning blend is great as a salad dressing seasoning, a vegtable seasoning or on chicken.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 T Oregano
  • 2 T Basil
  • 1 T Garlic Powder
  • 1 T Onion Powder
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 t Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all spices and store in an airtight container.
