If you love simple, small‑batch meals that feel special without a lot of work, this dinner‑and‑dessert combo is going to be a favorite. Today we’re making Crockpot Chicken Picatta for Two—a bright, lemony, tender chicken dish that practically cooks itself. And while that simmers, a Slow Cooker Apple Crisp bubbles away into a warm, sweet finish that tastes like fall in a bowl. Both recipes use everyday ingredients, minimal prep, and the magic of the crockpot to create a complete meal that’s perfect for couples, solo cooks, or anyone who wants big flavor with easy cleanup.
