Today we’re cooking up one of my absolute family favorites. These Sautéed Thyme Pork Chops are tender, flavorful, and topped with a delicious mix of peppers, onions, and melted cheddar cheese. The thyme brings such a beautiful depth of flavor to the pork, turning a simple weeknight dinner into something truly special. If you’ve never tried this combo before, trust me — this is a must‑make recipe you’ll want on repeat.
