Tenderize the pork chops
Sprinkle house seasoning and thyme on both sides of the pork chops.
Sauté in a pan until both sides are browned
Remove the pork chops from the pan and sauté the peppers and onions in the pan
Once your peppers and onions are softened, place the pork chops in a baking dish and top with the peppers and onions
Top with cheddar cheese
Bake until the pork chops are cooked through, about 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pork chops
