Easy Stuffed Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- ¼ c Basil Pesto
- ¼ c Julienned Sundried Tomatoes
- ¼ c Crumbled Feta Cheese
- ½ t Greek Seasoning Blend
- Olive Oil or Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Butterfly the chicken breasts
- Mix the feta, tomatoes and pesto
- Place inside the chicken breasts and fold
- Sprinkle the top of the chicken breast with Greek Seasoning and spray with the oil spray
- To Air Fry: Air Fry at 350 for 18-20 minutes
- To Oven Bake: Place on a greased sheet pan and bake at 400 for 20 minutes
- To cook in the Crockpot: Place in the crockpot and cook on Low for 4 hours
- To cook in the Instant Pot: place 6-8oz of chicken broth in the instant pot and cook on High Pressure for 8 minutes. Naturally release for 10 minutes
- After the chicken is cooked through top with grated parmesan cheese.

- 2 T Oregano
- 2 T Basil
- 1 T Garlic Powder
- 1 T Onion Powder
- 1 t Salt
- 1 t Pepper
