Easy Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • ¼ c Basil Pesto
  • ¼ c Julienned Sundried Tomatoes
  • ¼ c Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • ½ t Greek Seasoning Blend
  • Olive Oil or Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Instructions
 

  • Butterfly the chicken breasts
  • Mix the feta, tomatoes and pesto
  • Place inside the chicken breasts and fold
  • Sprinkle the top of the chicken breast with Greek Seasoning and spray with the oil spray
  • To Air Fry: Air Fry at 350 for 18-20 minutes
  • To Oven Bake: Place on a greased sheet pan and bake at 400 for 20 minutes
  • To cook in the Crockpot: Place in the crockpot and cook on Low for 4 hours
  • To cook in the Instant Pot: place 6-8oz of chicken broth in the instant pot and cook on High Pressure for 8 minutes. Naturally release for 10 minutes
  • After the chicken is cooked through top with grated parmesan cheese.
  • Serve with your favorite sides and Enjoy!
