2 Serving Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ lb Cooked Sausage
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 T Diced Onion
  • 2 T Diced Pepper
  • ¼ c Milk
  • 1/2 c Shredded Cheese
  • 1 c Shredded Hashbrowns
  • 1 t House Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Grease pan.
  • Combine all ingredients, reserving half of the cheese for the top.
  • Add mixture to the greased pan, and top with the remaining cheese.
  • Cover and bake at 375 for 30 minutes
  • Uncover and bake for another 5-10 minutes
  • Enjoy!

Brown Sugar Sheet Pan Bacon

Ingredients
  

  • Bacon
  • Brown Sugar
  • Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Place bacon on a parchment lined baking sheet
  • Place in a cold oven and set the temperature to 375
  • Bake for 20 minutes and flip
  • Continue baking until the bacon is crisp and glossy (5-8 minutes or so)
  • Remove from pan and allow bacon to cool slightly.
  • Serve and Enjoy!

Peaches and Cream Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 C Milk
  • ½ t Baking Powder
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • ¼ t Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 C Diced Canned Peaches
  • 1-2 T Brown Sugar depending on your preferred sweetness
  • 2 T Heavy Cream

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except the heavy cream
  • Place oatmeal mixture into a greased loaf pan
  • Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes until the center is no longer jiggly and fully set.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
