Do you live a Keto lifestyle? Many of you have been asking for more Keto recipes so I had to jump on the Keto train and try some of these recipes. This week I tried the Viral Avocado Bread for an Avocado Crust, the Fathead Dough Pizza Crust, and a Ground Chicken Pizza Crust. All three were delicious and will definitely be in my menu planning rotation. The recipes for all three of these crusts, as well as two no sugar added pizza sauce recipes are below.

Pizza Sauce in a Pinch
Ingredients
- 15 oz Can of Tomato Sauce
- ¼ t Salt
- ¼ t Pepper
- 1 t Garlic Powder
- 1 t Onion Powder
- 1 t Basil
- 1 t Oregano
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and enjoy!
Pizza Sauce
Ingredients
- ¼ t Salt
- ¼ t Pepper
- 1 t Garlic Powder
- 1 t Onion Powder
- 1 t Basil
- 1 t Oregano
- 2 T Olive Oil
- 2 T Diced Onion
- 1 Clove Garlic Minced
- 2 t Dried Basil
- 28 oz Can Crushed San Marzano Tomatoes
Instructions
- Sauté onion and garlic in Olive Oil
- Combine sautéed onion and garlic with the rest of the ingredients
- Blend until smooth
- Enjoy!
Avocado Crust (Avocado Bread)
Ingredients
- 1 Large Avocado
- 1 c Shredded Cheese Mozzarella, Parm, Italian Blend any of these will work
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Smash avocado, cheese and egg together
- Divide in to 2 and place on a Parchment Paper lined baking sheet
- Smooth flat
- Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
- Top with your favorite toppings and bake for another 5 minutes until the toppings are warm and the cheese on top has melted
- Enjoy!
Chicken Crust
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- ½ c Shredded Italian cheese
- 2 t Greek Seasoning Blend
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Flatten into a circle
- Bake at 425 for 30 minutes
- Top with your favorite pizza toppings and bake for another 5 minutes until the toppings are cooked and the cheese is well melted
Almond Flour Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 2 T Cream Cheese
- 1 ½ c Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 t Baking Powder
- ¾ c Almond Flour
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese and mozzarella cheese and microwave for 90 seconds
- Beat the egg
- Combine baking powder and Almond Flour and add the beaten egg
- Stir cheeses together and add to the almond flour mixture
- Continue stirring until all of the ingredients are combined and the dough is smooth
- Place on an oiled sheet of parchment paper
- Place another oiled sheet of parchment paper on top and smooth into a circle
- Prick crust with a fork
- Bake at 425 for 8-10 minutes
- Top with your favorite toppings and bake for another 5 minutes until the toppings are warmed and the cheese is well melted
Greek Seasoning Blend
Ingredients
- 2 T Oregano
- 2 T Basil
- 1 T Garlic Powder
- 1 T Onion Powder
- 1 t Salt
- 1 t Pepper
Instructions
- Combine all spices and store in an airtight container.
All three of these crusts were delicious! In minutes with no crazy, hard to find ingredients you can have a pizza created and on the table.
