Chicken Crust

A high-protein, low-carb crust made from seasoned ground chicken that bakes into a sturdy, meat-packed base for your favorite toppings. 

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • ½ c Shredded Italian cheese
  • 2 t Greek Seasoning Blend
  • 1 Egg

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
  • Flatten into a circle
  • Bake at 425 for 30 minutes
  • Top with your favorite pizza toppings and bake for another 5 minutes until the toppings are cooked and the cheese is well melted
