Almond Flour Pizza Crust

A low-carb, grain-free crust with a slightly nutty flavor and crispy edges, made from simple almond flour dough. 

Ingredients
  

  • 2 T Cream Cheese
  • 1 ½ c Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 t Baking Powder
  • ¾ c Almond Flour

Instructions
 

  • Combine cream cheese and mozzarella cheese and microwave for 90 seconds
  • Beat the egg
  • Combine baking powder and Almond Flour and add the beaten egg
  • Stir cheeses together and add to the almond flour mixture
  • Continue stirring until all of the ingredients are combined and the dough is smooth
  • Place on an oiled sheet of parchment paper
  • Place another oiled sheet of parchment paper on top and smooth into a circle
  • Prick crust with a fork
  • Bake at 425 for 8-10 minutes
  • Top with your favorite toppings and bake for another 5 minutes until the toppings are warmed and the cheese is well melted
