Almond Flour Pizza Crust

A low-carb, grain-free crust with a slightly nutty flavor and crispy edges, made from simple almond flour dough.
- 2 T Cream Cheese
- 1 ½ c Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 t Baking Powder
- ¾ c Almond Flour
Combine cream cheese and mozzarella cheese and microwave for 90 seconds
Beat the egg
Combine baking powder and Almond Flour and add the beaten egg
Stir cheeses together and add to the almond flour mixture
Continue stirring until all of the ingredients are combined and the dough is smooth
Place on an oiled sheet of parchment paper
Place another oiled sheet of parchment paper on top and smooth into a circle
Prick crust with a fork
Bake at 425 for 8-10 minutes
Top with your favorite toppings and bake for another 5 minutes until the toppings are warmed and the cheese is well melted
