Avocado Crust (Avocado Bread)

A soft, nutrient-rich crust made with ripe avocado, perfect for a keto-friendly and gluten-free twist on pizza night.
- 1 Large Avocado
- 1 c Shredded Cheese Mozzarella, Parm, Italian Blend any of these will work
- 1 Egg
Smash avocado, cheese and egg together
Divide in to 2 and place on a Parchment Paper lined baking sheet
Smooth flat
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
Top with your favorite toppings and bake for another 5 minutes until the toppings are warm and the cheese on top has melted
