Avocado Crust (Avocado Bread)

A soft, nutrient-rich crust made with ripe avocado, perfect for a keto-friendly and gluten-free twist on pizza night. 

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large Avocado
  • 1 c Shredded Cheese Mozzarella, Parm, Italian Blend any of these will work
  • 1 Egg

Instructions
 

  • Smash avocado, cheese and egg together
  • Divide in to 2 and place on a Parchment Paper lined baking sheet
  • Smooth flat
  • Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
  • Top with your favorite toppings and bake for another 5 minutes until the toppings are warm and the cheese on top has melted
  • Enjoy!
