Combine turkey, egg, Greek Seasoning, carrot, and zucchini and shape into a patty
Air Fry at 375 for 10-12 minutes
While the turkey burgers are cooking create your glaze.
Combine vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and olive oil and mix well
Once the turkey burger has reached 165 degrees and is finished cooking, assemble the burger with your choice of burger toppings and top the turkey burger with the glaze.
