Crockpot Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 T Brown Sugar
  • ¼ c Pineapple Tibits
  • 4 Maraschino Cherries
  • 1 T Melted Butter
  • ¼ t Vanilla
  • ½ c Self Rising Flour
  • ½ c Milk

Instructions
 

  • Line the crockpot with parchment and spray with oil
  • Combine the pineapple and brown sugar and stir until the brown sugar has dissolved into the pineapple
  • Add the cherries to the crockpot and top with the pineapple mixture
  • In a separate bowl combine the flour, milk, and vanilla and stir to combine
  • Pour this mixture on top of the pineapple.
  • Top with the melted butter
  • Cook on low for 4 hours and high for 2 hours. The last 30 minutes of cooking time you will need to vent your crockpot lid to encourage the release of condensation.
  • Once the cake is cooked through place between 2 plates and flip the cake on to the plate.
  • Remove the parchment
  • Enjoy!
