Line the crockpot with parchment and spray with oil
Combine the pineapple and brown sugar and stir until the brown sugar has dissolved into the pineapple
Add the cherries to the crockpot and top with the pineapple mixture
In a separate bowl combine the flour, milk, and vanilla and stir to combine
Pour this mixture on top of the pineapple.
Top with the melted butter
Cook on low for 4 hours and high for 2 hours. The last 30 minutes of cooking time you will need to vent your crockpot lid to encourage the release of condensation.
Once the cake is cooked through place between 2 plates and flip the cake on to the plate.
Remove the parchment
