Line the crockpot with parchment and spray with oil to prevent sticking
In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients and stir to combine
In a separate bowl combine all the wet ingredients except for the melted butter
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to combine
Pour this mixture into the crockpot then top the mixture with the melted butter
Cook on low for 4 hours and high for 2 hours. The last 30 minutes of cooking time you will need to vent your crockpot lid to encourage the release of condensation.
Once the cake is cooked through place between 2 plates and flip the cake on to the plate.
Remove the parchment
Allow cake to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
