Crockpot Cherry Crisp

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c Cherry Pie Filling
  • 2 T Almond Flour
  • 2 T Gluten Free Oats
  • 2 T Brown Sugar
  • ½ t Cinnamon
  • 1 T Butter

Instructions
 

  • Spray the inside of the crockpot and then place the cherry pie filling in the crockpot.
  • Make the crumb topping by combining almond flour oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
  • Place the crumb topping on top of the cherry pie filling.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. The last 30 minutes of cooking time you will need to vent your crockpot lid to encourage the release of condensation and browning.
  • Remove from the crockpot and top with whipped cream or ice cream.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

If you would like a crunchy topping you will need to toast the oats before you add them to the crumb topping.
