Today we are talking about one of my favorite topics, how to use a well-stocked freezer and pantry to create 3 Meals in minutes! We are making Freezer Ravioli Lasagna, Stir Fry, and Shrimp Scampi Over Spaghetti.

Below are our recipes!
Frozen Ravioli Lasagna for One
Ingredients
- 12 Frozen Cheese Ravioli
- 1.5-2 Cups Marinara Sauce
- ¼ of Browned Ground Beef
- Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese
- Greek Seasoning Blend
Instructions
- Coat the bottom of the pan or crockpot with Marinara Sauce. Then layer half of the Ravioli, Sauce, Ground Beef and Cheese. Add a sprinkling of Greek Seasoning to the Cheese Layer. Top with the remaining ravioli, sauce, meat and cheese and another sprinkling of Greek Seasoning.
- Cook covered in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Crockpot instructions. Layer in the same manner as above. Cook on low for 4 Hours.
- Enjoy!
Frozen Ravioli Lasagna (Makes an 8×8 pan)
Ingredients
- Frozen Cheese Ravioli
- 1 Jar Marinara Sauce
- ½ lb of Browned Ground Beef
- Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese
- Greek Seasoning Blend
Instructions
- Coat the bottom of an 8×8 pan with Marinara Sauce. Then layer half of the Ravioli, Sauce, Ground Beef and Cheese. Add a sprinkling of Greek Seasoning to the cheese layer. Top with the remaining ravioli, sauce, meat and cheese and another sprinkling of Greek Seasoning. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.

Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 1 Chicken breast per person diced
- 1 c Frozen Peas and Carrots per Person
- 1 can Water Chestnuts
- Teriyaki Sauce of your Choice
- Optional Cashews or Sub out the Peas and Carrots for Broccoli
Instructions
- Sauté diced chicken breasts for 5 minutes. Add frozen veggies, cover and cook an additional 5 minutes. Add in water chestnuts and top with Teriyaki Sauce.
- Serve over rice. Optional toppings are cashews and Sriracha Sauce.
- Enjoy!
Shrimp Scampi Over Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1/4 lb Frozen Shrimp per person
- Cooked Spaghetti Noodles
- ¼ c Butter Person
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- Juice of Half a Lemon OR 2 T White Wine
- Optional: Parsley Flakes and Grated Parmesan Cheese to top finished dish.
Instructions
- Sauté shrimp. Add Butter and Garlic. Remove from heat and add lemon juice (or white wine). Serve over Spaghetti Noodles.
