Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry

This versatile Stir Fry can be made for one or a family of 5! By simply adjusting the number of chicken breasts and cups of veggies you can customize this stir fry for one or a crowd!
- 1 Chicken breast per person diced
- 1 c Frozen Peas and Carrots per Person
- 1 can Water Chestnuts
- Teriyaki Sauce of your Choice
- Optional Cashews or Sub out the Peas and Carrots for Broccoli
Sauté diced chicken breasts for 5 minutes. Add frozen veggies, cover and cook an additional 5 minutes. Add in water chestnuts and top with Teriyaki Sauce.
Serve over rice. Optional toppings are cashews and Sriracha Sauce.
