Shrimp Scampi Over Spaghetti

This recipe is based on 1/4 lb of shrimp per person. You can make this for one or 4 just by adjusting the amount of protein and butter.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 lb Frozen Shrimp per person
  • Cooked Spaghetti Noodles
  • ¼ c Butter Person
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • Juice of Half a Lemon OR 2 T White Wine
  • Optional: Parsley Flakes and Grated Parmesan Cheese to top finished dish.

Instructions
 

  • Sauté shrimp. Add Butter and Garlic. Remove from heat and add lemon juice (or white wine). Serve over Spaghetti Noodles.
  • Enjoy!
