Marinated Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken Tenders
  • ¼ c Italian Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Pour dressing over the tenders and allow them to marinade for at least 30 minutes (longer is better if you have the time).
  • Once the chicken has marinated, spray a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the tenders until they are golden brown on both sides.
  • Enjoy!

Small Batch Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 2 c Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns
  • ¼ c Sour Cream
  • 2 T Grated Celery
  • 2 T Grated Onion
  • ¼ c Melted Butter
  • 1 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 t House Seasoning Blend
  • Oil spray for our casserole dish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Combine all ingredients and once everything is well combined, place in the greased casserole dish.
  • Using the back of your spatula, press the hash brown mixture down into the pan
  • Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and the edges are brown and crispy
  • Enjoy!

Stove Top Green Beans

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh Green Beans
  • 1/4 c diced onion
  • 2 pieces of Bacon
  • 1 c Chicken Broth
  • 2 Cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Cook your bacon until it is almost done and then cook the onions in the bacon grease
  • Once the Onions are translucent add in your green beans, chicken broth and water
  • Boil for 20 minutes until the green beans are fork tender.
