Easy Thyme Pork Chops Topped with Peppers, Onions and Cheese

Today we’re cooking up one of my absolute family favorites. These Sautéed Thyme Pork Chops are tender, flavorful, and topped with a delicious mix of peppers, onions, and melted cheddar cheese. The thyme brings such a beautiful depth of flavor to the pork, turning a simple weeknight dinner into something truly special. Thyme Pork Chops

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Pork Chops (Bone In Boneless or Sliced Pork Loin will all work here
  • 1/2 Onion Diced
  • 1 Bell Pepper Diced
  • 1/2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • House Seasoning
  • Thyme
  • Side dish such as asparagus rice, potatoes, or cauliflower

Instructions
 

  • Tenderize the pork chops
  • Sprinkle house seasoning and thyme on both sides of the pork chops.
  • Sauté in a pan until both sides are browned
  • Remove the pork chops from the pan and sauté the peppers and onions in the pan
  • Once your peppers and onions are softened, place the pork chops in a baking dish and top with the peppers and onions
  • Top with cheddar cheese
  • Bake until the pork chops are cooked through, about 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pork chops
  • Serve and Enjoy!

House Seasoning Blend

This is our go to seasoning blend. Use it on vegtables, burgers, or chicken it goes with everything!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 T Salt
  • 1 T Pepper
  • 1 T Garlic Powder
  • 1 T Onion Powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all spices and store in an airtight container.
