Easy White Fish Piccata (Parmesan‑Crusted Tilapia with Lemon Caper Sauce)

If you love bright, flavorful dinners that still feel light and healthy, this White Fish Piccata is going to be a new weeknight favorite. I’m taking a tender, Parmesan‑crusted tilapia fillet and covering it in a a lemon‑garlic‑caper sauce that tastes like it came straight from a restaurant kitchen. I’m serving mine over zucchini noodles for a fresh, low‑carb twist, but this dish is just as delicious over spaghetti, roasted potatoes, or even cauliflower rice. It’s simple, elegant, and perfect for a small‑batch dinner that doesn’t skimp on flavor.
