Coat the fish with the flour, salt and pepper and parmesan cheese
Sauté in a pan with a little olive oil until the fish is golden brown
Remove the fish from the heat and let rest on a plate.
Drain any excess oil from the pan and place butter in the hot pan
Melt your butter and stir picking up any browned bits off of the bottom of the pan
Add in the garlic, lemon juice, chicken broth, and white wine if you are using it and bring to a simmer until the sauce is fragrant.
Turn off the heat, add the capers and fish into the pan.
Serve over Zucchini Noodles, Spaghetti or Mashed Potatoes.
