No Bake Cherry Cheesecake
Ingredients
- ½ c Cottage Cheese
- 2 T Cheesecake Flavored Jello Pudding Mix
- 2- 3 T Milk
- 2 T Diced Cherries
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the cherries.
- Blend in a blender until smooth.
- Top with cherries.
- Enjoy!
Crockpot Peach Cobbler for One
Ingredients
- ¼ c All Purpose Flour
- ¼ c Sugar plus 1 T to top Peaches
- ½ t Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- ¼ c Milk
- 1 T Melted Butter
- ½ c Diced Peaches
- ½ t Cinnamon
Instructions
- Top peaches with 1 T with Sugar and ½ t Cinnamon and set to the side
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, milk and the pinch of salt to create the cobbler topping.
- Spray Crockpot with oil to prevent sticking
- Place Peaches in the bottom of the crockpot and then pour the cobbler topping on top
- Pour the melted butter over the top.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. The last 30 minutes of cooking time you will need to vent your crockpot lid to encourage the release of condensation and browning.
- Remove from the crockpot and top with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Enjoy!
Crockpot Gluten Free Blueberry Crisp
Ingredients
- 1 c Frozen Blueberries
- 2 T Water
- 2 T Almond Flour
- 2 T Gluten Free Oats
- 2 T Brown Sugar
- ½ t Cinnamon
- 1 T Butter
- Place frozen berries in the crockpot and add the water.
- Make the crumb topping by combining almond flour oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Place the crumb topping on top of the blueberries.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. The last 30 minutes of cooking time you will need to vent your crockpot lid to encourage the release of condensation and browning.
- Remove from the crockpot and top with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Enjoy!
