No Bake Cherry Cheesecake

Ingredients
  

  • ½ c Cottage Cheese
  • 2 T Cheesecake Flavored Jello Pudding Mix
  • 2- 3 T Milk
  • 2 T Diced Cherries

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except the cherries.
  • Blend in a blender until smooth.
  • Top with cherries.
  • Enjoy!

Crockpot Peach Cobbler for One

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ c All Purpose Flour
  • ¼ c Sugar plus 1 T to top Peaches
  • ½ t Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • ¼ c Milk
  • 1 T Melted Butter
  • ½ c Diced Peaches
  • ½ t Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Top peaches with 1 T with Sugar and ½ t Cinnamon and set to the side
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, milk and the pinch of salt to create the cobbler topping.
  • Spray Crockpot with oil to prevent sticking
  • Place Peaches in the bottom of the crockpot and then pour the cobbler topping on top
  • Pour the melted butter over the top.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. The last 30 minutes of cooking time you will need to vent your crockpot lid to encourage the release of condensation and browning.
  • Remove from the crockpot and top with whipped cream or ice cream.
  • Enjoy!

Crockpot Gluten Free Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c Frozen Blueberries
  • 2 T Water
  • 2 T Almond Flour
  • 2 T Gluten Free Oats
  • 2 T Brown Sugar
  • ½ t Cinnamon
  • 1 T Butter
  • Place frozen berries in the crockpot and add the water.
  • Make the crumb topping by combining almond flour oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
  • Place the crumb topping on top of the blueberries.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. The last 30 minutes of cooking time you will need to vent your crockpot lid to encourage the release of condensation and browning.
  • Remove from the crockpot and top with whipped cream or ice cream.
  • Enjoy!
