Top peaches with 1 T with Sugar and ½ t Cinnamon and set to the side
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, milk and the pinch of salt to create the cobbler topping.
Spray Crockpot with oil to prevent sticking
Place Peaches in the bottom of the crockpot and then pour the cobbler topping on top
Pour the melted butter over the top.
Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. The last 30 minutes of cooking time you will need to vent your crockpot lid to encourage the release of condensation and browning.
Remove from the crockpot and top with whipped cream or ice cream.
