Cottage Cheese Recipes for the Cottage Cheese Hater

Hi friends!

I have never liked Cottage Cheese. I just couldn’t do it, the tang, the texture, it was a big hurdle for me, but these Cottage Cheese recipes are everywhere! I decided to take the plunge and try to see if I could make quick, easy, delicious Cottage Cheese recipes…and you know what I did it! These recipes are all SO good I know you will love them all! These recipes are for one but they can easily be increased for more servings. I hope you try them all friends, you just might like cottage cheese after you do!

Cottage Cheese Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ c Cottage Cheese
  • ¼ c Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ c Heavy Cream
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced
  • ¼ c Pasta Waster
  • ¼ t Greek Seasoning
  • Pasta of your choice Linguini, penne, farfalle any of these would work well.

Instructions
 

  • Cook your pasta according to the package directions and drain. Be sure to save ½ c of pasta water.
  • Combine all the ingredients and blend with an immersion blender or Nutribullet
  • Serve over warm pasta.
  • Top with parmesan and parsley flakes.
  • Enjoy!

Cottage Cheese Nacho Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • ½ c Cottage Cheese
  • ½ C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ Can of Rotel Diced tomatoes and chilies
  • 1 t Taco Seasoning
  • Water or Milk to thin the sauce if needed.

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients and blend.
  • Serve with Tortilla Chips or on a taco or fajitas.
  • Enjoy!

Cottage Cheese Blueberry Cheesecake Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • ½ c Cottage Cheese
  • 2 T Jello Cheesecake Pudding Mix
  • 2 T Milk a splash more may be needed if you like a thinner pudding
  • 2 T Blueberries you can substitute any fruit here. Strawberries or raspberries would be delicious as well.

Instructions
 

  • Blend until creamy and top with blueberries (either fresh or frozen will work)
  • Enjoy!

Crockpot Cottage Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
  

  • ½ c Cottage Cheese
  • ½ c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ t Ranch Seasoning Blend
  • 2 T Buffalo Sauce or equal measurements of Frank’s Red Hot and Butter
  • 1 Chicken Breast Cooked and Shredded

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and place in Crockpot reserving ¼ c Cheese
  • Place in crockpot and top with remaining cheese.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours or High for 2 Hours until the cheese is well melted.
  • Serve in a wrap, with tortilla chips or eat it with a fork-it’s that good!
  • Enjoy!
