Vegetarian Greek Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  

  • ½ c Chickpeas Rinsed and Drained
  • 4 oz of Protein Pasta Cooked And Drained
  • 1 T Chopped Pepperoncini Peppers
  • 1 T Diced Red Onion
  • 2 T Cucumbers
  • 2 T Diced Tomatoes
  • ¼ c Chopped Purple Cabbage
  • 2 T Kalamata Olives

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and toss with Greek Salad Dressing (2 T Olive Oil 1 T Red Wine Vinegar, 1 t Greek Seasoning Blend).
  • Enjoy!
