Tuscan Chicken

This recipe is for one, but can easily be doubled.
- 1 Chicken Breast
- ¼ C. Chicken Broth
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 T Sundried tomatoes
- 1 T Chopped Artichoke Hearts
- 1 T Greek or Italian Seasoning
- ½ c Spinach
Place all ingredients in the crock pot except the spinach and cook on low for three hours.
Once your chicken has cooked, remove it from the crockpot and let it rest.
Place chopped spinach into the crockpot and allow it to warm.
Slice the chicken and top it with the crockpot sauce.
