Turkey Meatloaf for One

This turkey meatloaf cooks in 20 minutes and is topped with a delicious Maple Dijon glaze.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 t Greek Seasoning
  • 2 T Shredded Carrot
  • 2 T Shredded Zucchini
  • 1.5 T Panko
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 t White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 t Dijon Mustard
  • 1 T Maple Syrup
  • 1 T Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Combine turkey, egg, Greek Seasoning, Carrot, and Zucchini and shape into a loaf
  • Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
  • While the turkey meatloaf is cooking create your glaze.
  • Combine vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and olive oil
  • Once the meatloaf is finished cooking, top with the glaze.
  • Enjoy!
