Turkey Meatloaf for One
This turkey meatloaf cooks in 20 minutes and is topped with a delicious Maple Dijon glaze.
- 1/3 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 t Greek Seasoning
- 2 T Shredded Carrot
- 2 T Shredded Zucchini
- 1.5 T Panko
- 1 Egg
- 1 t White Wine Vinegar
- 1 t Dijon Mustard
- 1 T Maple Syrup
- 1 T Olive Oil
Combine turkey, egg, Greek Seasoning, Carrot, and Zucchini and shape into a loaf
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
While the turkey meatloaf is cooking create your glaze.
Combine vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and olive oil
Once the meatloaf is finished cooking, top with the glaze.
