Tiramisu Protein Balls
Tiramisu Protein Balls offer a bite-sized version of the indulgent Italian dessert, made with coffee, chocolate chips, and protein powder to give you a flavorful energy boost—no baking required.
- ¼ c Protein Powder
- 1/5 c Oats
- ½ c Peanut Butter
- ¼ c Maple Syrup
- 1/4 t Espresso Powder. For more coffee flavor you could bump this up to a ½ t espresso powder
- 2 T Chocolate Chips
- Pinch of Salt.
Warm the maple syrup and dissolve the expresso powder in the warmed syrup.
Combine all ingredients and roll into balls.
Refrigerate and Enjoy!
Store these in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator.
