Tiramisu Protein Balls

Tiramisu Protein Balls offer a bite-sized version of the indulgent Italian dessert, made with coffee, chocolate chips, and protein powder to give you a flavorful energy boost—no baking required.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ c Protein Powder
  • 1/5 c Oats
  • ½ c Peanut Butter
  • ¼ c Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 t Espresso Powder. For more coffee flavor you could bump this up to a ½ t espresso powder
  • 2 T Chocolate Chips
  • Pinch of Salt.

Instructions
 

  • Warm the maple syrup and dissolve the expresso powder in the warmed syrup.
  • Combine all ingredients and roll into balls.
  • Refrigerate and Enjoy!
  • Store these in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator.
