Sweet Potato Souffle (Sweet Potato Casserole)

Ingredients
  

  • For the casserole:
  • 1 40 oz can of Sweet Potatoes drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 c Butter
  • 1/2 c Milk
  • 3/4 c Brown Sugar only use half of it for the casserole save the other half for the crumble on top
  • For the brown sugar topping
  • 1/4 c Melted Butter
  • 1/2 c Pecans
  • The remaining Brown Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the casserole ingredients, mashing the sweet potatoes as you stir.
  • Once you have all of your casserole ingredients combined add to a greased casserole dish.
  • Combine the remaining butter, pecans and brown sugar and crumble on top of sweet potato mixture
  • Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
  • Optional add on- Mini Marshmallows. Add marshmallows to the top once the casserole has baked completely and place it under the broiler 2-3 minutes-watch it closely so it doesn't burn
