Stovetop Teppanyaki for Two (No Special Grill Needed!)

Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 oz Chicken Breast Cubed
  • 6-8 oz Steak Cubed any cut of steak works here just be sure it has some marbling
  • 6 oz Frozen Shrimp Thawed
  • Sprinkling of House Seasoning
  • Sprinkling of Ground Ginger
  • Bachan’s Japanese Barbecue Sauce
  • ½ Onion Diced
  • 1 Zucchini cut into wide strips
  • 1 Yellow Squash cut into wide strips
  • 2 c Day old Rice
  • Oil for pan
  • Optional sauces Yum Yum Sauce Thai Chili Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle the veggies and the proteins with a little oil, house seasoning and ginger
  • Place griddle on stove and get it hot
  • Place oil on griddle and cook the onions, zucchini and squash
  • Dilute a little barbecue sauce with water and baste the vegetables while they are cooking.
  • Once the veggies are tender and have a nice golden brown remove them from the heat, be sure to keep the onions separate to use with the rice.
  • Add a little more oil to the pan and sauté your chicken, steak and the shrimp
  • Once the proteins are cooked through pour a little barbecue sauce on them and stir to combine then remove them from the heat
  • Place onions on the pan and add the rice. Add Japanese barbecue sauce to the rice and flip and stir until it is all incorporated (if I have any of the watered down veggie basting mixture I will add that to the rice as well)
  • Once your rice is heated through remove from the heat
  • Serve and Enjoy!
