Season chicken with the Greek Seasoning Blend
Sauté chicken and set aside
Deglaze the pan with 2 c Chicken Broth
Add garlic and orzo
Cook for 10 minutes until the orzo is al dente
Stir orzo and add chopped spinach
Put chicken back into the pan, along with any pan juices on the plate from the chicken.
Top the chicken with Spinach Dip and Parmesan
Cover and continue to cook until the Orzo is tender
Once Orzo is cooked squeeze the wedge of lemon over the top of the chicken.
