Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 28 oz can of Crushed San Marzano Tomatoes
  • 2 T Diced Onion
  • 1 Garlic Clove Chopped
  • ½ t Dried Basil
  • ½ t Dried Oregano
  • 1 t Sugar optional if needed for acidity
  • 1 T Oil

Instructions
 

  • Add oil to a pan and cook onion until it is softened, add the garlic and sauté until the garlic is softened and fragrant
  • Combine the onion and garlic with the remainder of the ingredients and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
  • Store in the freezer for 3 months or in the refrigerator for one week.
  • Enjoy!
