Brown Ground Beef
Place all the ingredients except the pasta into the slow cooker and cook on High for 3 Hours (or until your veggies are tender)
When you have 20 minutes left in your slow cooker, cook the pasta until it is al dente, and reserve 1 cup of the pasta water
Place the al dente pasta into the slow cooker with the reserved pasta water and stir to combine
Cook in the slow cooker until the pasta is cooked through
Give it one last stir to distribute the ragu evenly over the pasta
