Combine butter, basil, lemon and lemon zest, and minced garlic.
Place the butter mixture under the skin of the chicken breast. If you cannot do this, you can juse a spoon to slide under the skin to make a pocket for the butter mixture
Once you have the butter place under the skin, sprinkle the top of the chicken with House Seasoning.
Place in the slow cooker (here you can add potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker for a great optional side) and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Once the chicken has come up to 165 remove from the slow cooker, and if you desire broil or air fry the chicken to make the skin crispy.
