Slow Cooker Italian Beef Sandwiches for Two

Ingredients
  

  • 4 T Zingy Italian Seasoning Blend you could also use a packet of Zesty Italian Seasoning
  • 2 lb Chuck Roast
  • 2 c Beef Broth
  • ¼ c Pepperoncini Pepper Juice
  • 5 Pepperoncini Peppers
  • 1 Onion Sliced
  • Cheese of your choice for the sandwich

Instructions
 

  • Place sliced onions on the bottom of the slow cooker
  • Pour the seasoning blend over the chuck roast and place on top of the onions
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker
  • Cook on high for 5-6 Hours
  • You’ll know it’s finished when you can stick a fork in the beef and twist and it begins to shred
  • Shred the roast and place it back in to the slow cooker
  • Serve on a toast roll with the cheese of your choice
  • Enjoy!
