Cook the Fettuccine Noodles according to the package directions and drain.
In the warm pan place butter and the 2 cloves of garlic
Add in salt, pepper, and Greek seasoning blend
Add the milk and the heavy cream, gradually warming the milk and cream up
Add half of the parmesan cheese and bring up to a simmer
Simmer the sauce until it has reduced by half
Add the cooked noodles and the remaining parmesan in to the sauce and stir to combine
Continue to simmer until the sauce is thickened.
