Shortcut Meatball Stroganoff

This meatball stroganoff can be cooked on the stove, in the oven or in the crockpot. Using frozen meatballs the serving sizes can range from 1-4 servings.

Ingredients
  

  • Frozen Meatballs
  • 1 12 oz Jar of Beef Gravy
  • 1 C Beef Broth
  • Egg Noodles
  • Sour Cream

Instructions
 

  • Place meatballs in a pan or crockpot.
  • Cover with the Beef Gravy
  • Add enough Beef Broth to cover the meatballs
  • Cook according to the package directions
  • Cook egg noodles
  • Once the meatballs have finish cooking add 1 T per serving of Sour Cream (2 T for 2 servings, 4 T for 4 servings)
  • Serve over the cooked Egg Noodles
  • Enjoy!
