Cook the ground beef and onion by using the sauté function on the instant pot. Once the beef is cooked and the onion is tender add the garlic clove and turn off the heat
Add the rest of the ingredients (except the biscuit) to the instant pot
Cover and cook on the High Pressure setting for 3 minutes
Allow the instant pot to naturally release for 10 minutes.
While the instant pot is naturally releasing, cook your frozen biscuit according to the package directions
Serve the pot pit in a bowl and top with the biscuit
