Shortcut Chicken Tikki Masala with Fragrant Rice

Using a store bought Tikki Masala Sauce this recipe creates a delicious meal in minutes.
- ¼ c Tikki Masala Sauce
- 1 Chicken Breast Diced
- ¼ c Chopped Red Pepper
- ¼ C Chopped Onion
- 1/8 t Salt
- 1/8 t Pepper
- 1/8 t Curry Powder
- 1/8 t Ginger
- 1/8 t Garlic Powder
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 3 Cardamon Pods
- 1 c Rice
- 1 ¼ c Water
Wash your rice and place rice and water in the rice cooker. Add cinnamon stick and cardamon pods and stir.
Season chicken with spices and place chicken, peppers and onion in the steamer basket and put into the rice cooker
Cooker on the White Rice setting.
Once cooking time is over remove the steamer basket and toss chicken, onions and peppers in the Tikki Masala Sauce.
Serve over the rice.
