Spray Olive oil for Sheet pan.
Combine olive oil, creole seasoning and the butter
Place potatoes, corn and sausage in a bowl and top with 1/2 of the creole seasoning and melted butter
Then place on the sheet pan and bake at 425 for 20 minutes
While the potatoes, corn and sausage are baking, coat shrimp with the remaining creole seasoning and the melted butter.
After the potatoes, corn and sausage have cooked for 20 minutes remove from the oven and add the shrimp to the hot pan.
Place it back into the oven for 10 more minutes until the shrimp is cooked through.
Once everything is cooked squeeze the lemon on top and sprinkle with the parsley
