Butter your 8x8 pan and set aside
Cube the French loaf and set aside
In a large bowl combine eggs, milk, cheese, salt, pepper and sausage
Add the cubed bread
Stir to combine and once thoroughly mixed place in your buttered pan
Refrigerate overnight or until all the egg mixture has been absorbed by the bread.
The next day place pan in a cold oven and bring oven temperature to 350.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
