Rice Cooker White Chicken Chili for One

A cozy, bright, and comforting white chicken chili made with chicken, creamy cannellini beans, and a mild salsa verde that brings just the right amount oftang and heat.

Ingredients

Chicken Broth

Taco Seasoning

Garlic Clove Minced

Heavy Cream
1
Chicken Breast Diced
1/2
c
Cannellini Beans

Salsa Verde or Mild Green Chiles

Diced Onions
Oil
Instructions
Add a little taco seasoning to the chicken
Using the steam function on the rice cooker cook the chicken and the onions using a little oil to prevent sticking.
Saute the onions and the chicken for 3-4 minutes then turn off the steam function
Add the remaining ingredients except the heavy cream
Cook on Steam for 5 minutes
Turn off the rice cooker and once the soup stops boiling add the heavy cream
Stir to combine
Top with avocado, sour cream, cheddar cheese or tomatoes
