Rice Cooker Pork Fried Rice

This fried rice recipes uses leftover pork, but you could swap the pork for chicken or steak if you had that on hand.
- 1 Beaten Egg
- ¾ c Jasmine Rice
- 1 c Broth
- 1 c Peas and Carrots
- 4 oz Diced Meat Pork, Chicken or Steak
- 2 T Diced Onions
- 2 t Soy Sauce
- 2 t Thai Chili Sauce
- ½ t Garlic Powder
- ½ t Ground Ginger
- 1/8 t Pepper
Combine all ingredient except the egg, and place in Rice Cooker.
Stir the ingredients and then add beaten egg.
Close Rice Cooker lid and cook on the White Rice setting.
At the end of the cooking cycle. Open the Rice Cooker and fluff the fried rice.
