Using the steam function on your rice cooker, sauté the ham and the onion and peppers in the butter
Add the spinach and heat until softened
Mix together the eggs, salt and peeper, andthe milk
Add this mixture to the rice cooker andstir to combine.
Cook on the steam setting for 12 minutes
After cooking time is complete top with the cheese
Remove from the rice cooker and fold over
