Quick Strawberry Jam

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c Sliced Strawberries
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 T Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and smash strawberries with a pastry cutter or fork
  • Boil on the stove for 5 minutes
  • Skim the foam off the jam with a spoon and reduce the heat to a simmer
  • Simmer for another 5 minutes
  • Allow to cool completely and store in a jar in the refrigerator
  • Enjoy!
