Pasta Primavera

Pasta Primavera is a beautiful way to use up any veggies and pasta.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 T Diced Onion
  • 2 T Diced Red Pepper
  • ½ lb Diced Chicken
  • 1 Clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 T Greek Seasoning
  • 2 C Chicken Broth
  • 1 C Cavatappi Noodles
  • ½ c Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ C Cherry Tomatoes
  • ¼ c Chopped Asparagus
  • 1 Zucchini Diced
  • Olive Oil to coat chicken

Instructions
 

  • Toss chicken in olive oil, minced garlic clove and ½ T Greek Seasoning
  • Sauté chicken, peppers and onion
  • Add pasta and broth and bring to a boil
  • Boil for 12 minutes
  • Add remaining Greek seasoning, asparagus, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes and cook until the veggies and pasta are tender
  • Top with Parmesan Cheese and Enjoy!
