Oatmeal Raisin Cookie For One

This Oatmeal Raisin Cookie is a soft, chewy, single-serve treat that brings the comforting taste of a classic cookie in a high-protein, fiber-rich form. Great for meal prep or late-night snacking.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ c Oats
  • One Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder ¼ c
  • ½ t Vanilla
  • ½ t Cinnamon
  • ¼ c Milk
  • 1 T Peanut Butter
  • 1 T Raisins for added sweetness add another tablespoon of Raisins
  • ½ t Honey this is Optional but adds a little sweetness to the cookie

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and place it on a cookie sheet. I used an air fryer liner to keep the shape of the cookie while baking.
  • Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
  • Enjoy!
